1. Please check your pockets.
2. Our terms of payment are strictly cash.
3. Articles sometimes much worn, in frail or damaged state will be cleaned at owner’s risk.
4. Stains other than greasy are not removed except by special instruction, that too at customer risk.
5. We accept no liability for damage arising from fugigitive colours, from defective manufacture adulteration or deterioration or from wear or exposure or other defects, becoming apparent during treatment.
6. Every effort is made to deliver the clothes in time but we accept no responsibility for non-delivery in case of unavoidable circumstances.
7. If any article is not claimed and all charges are not paid within month after deposit the firm may sell or dispose of the clothes privately or by auction and apply no proceeds if any in or toward payment of all in debtness of the customer to the firm.
8. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to cloth arising out of fire on any other unprecedented cause.
9. In the event of loss or damage for which the firm may be liable the firm will have the option of either replacing the articles or the part injured or lost but the liability or the loss or injury to any articles of any kinds shall be limited to 50% of the original cost of the articles.
10. The management reserve the right of chemical cleaning and dyeing any garment taken for dry cleaning.
